1 pk (9 oz) Cheese Tortellini
1 pd bulk Italian sausage
1 pk (15oz) marinara sauce
1 can diced Italian tomatoes undrained
1/2 pd fresh mushrooms
1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
cook tortellini according to directions. cook sausage, stir in tomatoes and mushrooms and bring to boil. reduce heat, cover for 5 min add tortellini and sprinkle mozzarella cheese cover for 5 more minutes.
