2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup onion, minced
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1-1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet and cook beef until it loses its redness.
Remove from skillet and cook onion, macaroni and green pepper in meat fat until macaroni is yellow.
Return meat to skillet along with tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until macaroni is cooked to suit your taste. Makes six servings.

My kids remember this as the "goulash" dish that was served often when they were growing up. A great electric skillet casserole.
