Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes cut up)
1 can El Pato Sauce
1 can ripe olives, sliced
1 large package Fritos corn chips
1 can black beans, drained, optional
1 avocado, chopped, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped lettuce, cheese, onion, olives in large salad bowl
Drain tomatoes well, save juice, add tomatoes to salad mixture.
Add drained beans if desired.

In large skillet, brown the ground beef, breaking it up, then pour off fat.
Add tomato juice, El Pato sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
Add hot meat mixture all at once to salad mixture.
Top with Fritos corn chips and toss lightly.
Serve at once.

Variation - I usually add fresh tomatoes and use a taco seasoning mix added to the ground beef according to package directions instead of canned tomatoes and El Pato Sauce. Avocados are a good addition also. Serve with sour cream if desired.
