1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten well
5 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup raisins or dried fruit, chopped
1 3/4 cup rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar together. Add egg, milk, and vanilla.
Sift the flour with the salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Stir butter mixture into dry mixture.
Add the nuts, fruit and rolled. oats.
Drop by spoonfuls on slightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes.
