1 stick butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup oats
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes.
