1 cup sugar
1 cup shortening (lard)
1 cup heavy cream
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 cup cream or canned milk mixed with 1/2 cup milk
about 6 cups flour

Topping:
crumbs from 2 graham crackers
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Blend in the heavy cream. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Add other ingredients to the creamed mixture. Roll out the soft dough into rounds to place in pie tins or baking dishes.
Sprinkle tops liberally with topping mixture.
Score lines to be broken apart after baking.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Keeps for a long time.
