1 egg
1 cube butter
1/4 cups brown sugar
3/4 cups honey
1/2 tsp... vanilla
3 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bran
1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup granola
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream egg, butter, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla. Add peanut butter. In a separate bowl mix together flour, bran, and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts and granola. Mixture will be thick. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees, 8-10 minutes

Variation: Use M&M’s instead of chocolate chips.
