1 lb lean pork steak
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp MSG
2 cups beef broth
3 tbsp corn starch
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained and save juice
1 can (16 0z) Chinese vegetables
3 cups chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into very thin slices.
Lightly grease large skillet and brown meat.
Stir in celery, soy sauce, MSG and broth.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Blend cornstarch and reserved mushroom liquid.
Stir into meat mixture.
Add mushrooms, vegetables and heat to boiling, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Serve over chow mein noodles.
