8 chicken breast ( boneless, skinless)
8 pieces of bacon
1 pkg. smoked beef slices
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of button mushroom
salt and pepper
season bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
1.Drain chicken, dry and pound slightly
2.Sprinkle with bread crumbs and roll up
3.Wrap bacon around each chicken breast
4.Line baking pan with beef, place chicken on top.
5.Mix soup and sour cream.
6.Pour over the top.
7.Bake 300 degrees for 3 hours
8.Add mushrooms 1 hour before serving
