2C Flour
1C Butter
10TB Powdered Sugar (1/2C+2TB)

Topping:
4C Rhubarb Chopped
2C Sugar
1/4C Flour
3 Eggs
Dash of Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients like pie crust. Bake 350 10minutes in 9X13pan. For topping mix ingredients and put on top of crust continue baking 40minutes longer. Serve cold. Garnish with whipped cream or cool whip.
