1/4 c margarine
3/4 c shorting
2 eggs
Mix add ingredients

3 ripe bananas
4 T milk
2 c flour
1 t vanilla
pinch salt
mix
Directions:
Directions:
Pour in a greased and flour 13x9 pan.
Sprinkle with mixture
1 Tb margarine mix
5 Tb brown sugar mix
1 c coconut mix
