2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 1/4 pounds bone-in lamb loin chops (2 inches thick)
vegetable cooking spray
fresh cilantro sprig

Rosemary - Raspberry Sauce:
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup fat - free chicken broth
1/2 cup raspberry fruit spread
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients; rub over chops. Cover and chill up to 8 hours. Spray chops evenly on both sides with cooking spray. Grill, covered with lid, over medium - high heat (350º to 400º) 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness (140º to 150º for medium). Serve with Rosemary - Raspberry Sauce; garnish, if desired.

Rosemary - Raspberry Sauce (makes 3/4 Cup). Cook onion in hot olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute. Whisk in broth and fruit spread; bring to a boil. Whisk together vinegar and remaining ingredients, and whisk into boiling onion mixture. Cook, whisking constantly, 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve immediately. Prep: 10 min., Cook: 8 min. Note, if sauce is too thick, add a little extra chicken broth, and cook, covered, over low heat until thorouughly heated, stirring often.
