6 - 7 lb. boneless chuck or pikes peak roast
1 T cracked pepper
1 T salt
1 T oregano
1 T rosemary
1 T summer savory
1 T garlic powder
1 beef boullion cube
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Place in lg. heavy pot filled 1/2 way with water. Add pepper, salt, oregano, rosemary, summer savory, garlic powder, beef boullion cube & bay leaf. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, simmer all day, (about 12 hrs). Shred with forks before serving on rolls.
