Crepes:
1 c. flour
½ c. milk
½ c. water
2 eggs
2 T. melted butter
½ t. salt

Filling:
16 oz. Pureed pumpkin
1 pkg. Vanilla cook/serve pudding
1/4c. Packed brown sugar
spices to taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger
1 12 oz. Can evaporated milk
4 oz. Crème cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare vanilla pudding using canned evaporated milk according to directions on package. Mix in remaining filling ingredients until fully combined and smooth. Make crepes (you all know how to make these!). Place 2 T. mixture on a crepe and roll. Decorate the rolls with sifted powdered sugar or a drizzle of your choosing.
