Simmer 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meet for 2 hours in one quart of water. While meat is cooking, fry one small onion in 1/2 cube of butter. Drain meat and save broth in saucepan. Cut meat into fine pieces.

Add to the broth:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 good shake of “Maggi Seasoning”
1 heaping tablespoon of beef paste bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Cooked chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil and then turn down heat. Stir until very thick (if not thick at this point add more flour).
Add 3 cups of meat and cool in the refrigerator. When cool, take small portions of the meat mixture and roll into an oblong roll.

Dip each meat roll in corn flake crumbs or flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and then dip again into corn flake crumbs coating the meat roll.

Fry in hot oil 3 minutes.
