1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
salt & pepper to taste
cayenne pepper to taste if desired
1 c. grated cheese

1 package Jiffy Cornbread Mix prepared per directions on package

Directions:
Directions:
Mix both types of corn, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper (if desired). Add to Jiffy cornbread mix and stir until well combined. Spray 9 inch square pan with Pam spray. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 325º 45-50minutes. Serve warm.
