Beat 4 eggs with 2 cups of sugar. Add 1 cup oil and beat until well blended.
Sift:
2 C flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Add to egg mixture and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in the following:
1 can (8 1/4 oz. ) crushed pineapple (well-drained)
1 c. walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated raw unpeeled zucchini

Mix thoroughly. Pour batter into well-greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Blend 1 c. powdered sugar with 1 T. milk and pour over cooled cake.
