1 lb beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1-10 oz can ref Hungry Jack biscuits
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion drain, add salt, garlic powder, ketchup, sour cream and mix well. Separate dough on ungreased cookie sheet pat or roll biscuits to 4X4. Place about 1/4 cup meat mixture on each, fold in half seal with fork. Cut 1-1/2 " slits in top. Bake at 375º for 15-20 min until golden.
