2 16oz boxes elbow macaroni
1QT(4C) half and half
18TB melted butter
32ozVelveeta cheese chopped
4C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2C shredded Monterey jack and Colby mix
Seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Bring large pot to a boil and cook macaroni about six minutes (al dente). Drain well and return to pot. Stir butter into macaroni, season with salt and pepper. (While the macaroni is cooking, melt butter in microwave).

In large glass bowl soften chopped velveeta in microwave about 2 minutes at 60%. Add remaining cheeses (less 1/2C reserved) and continue to microwave about 2 more minutes combining the cheeses as they cook. Add to cooked macaroni and add the half and half and mix well, several minutes until mixed and melted.

OVEN DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350. Transfer macaroni and cheese into buttered 2 ½ Quart casserole sprinkled with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake 17 minutes, stir, sprinkle with reserved cheese and seasoned bread crumbs. Bake another 17 minutes.

SLOW COOKER DIRECTIONS: Transfer macaroni and cheese into buttered dish sprinkled with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake in slow cooker about 1 ½ hours on high. Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs on top ½ hour before serving. Keep on warm setting for up to 4 hours.
