5 oz. Cooked ham
5 oz. Swiss cheese
1 onion
1 apple (sour or Golden Delicious)
1/2 C. Mayonnaise--

Mayonnaise ingredients:
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. Sharp mustard
3-4 drops Lemon juice
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dice ham and cheese in very tiny pieces. Grate the apple and mix all together with mayonnaise recipe. Add 1/2 tsp. Salt. Refrigerate the salad for at least 3 hours.

To make mayonnaise: all ingredients must be at room temperature before starting to mix. Beat egg yolk, mustard and lemon juice with egg beater slowly adding 3-4 drops of vegetable oil at a time until you have combined all ingredients. Keep in refrigerator (no more than 3 days).
