1 lb bag of regular( not baby) carrots pared and sliced into small coins.
1 green pepper chopped fine,
1 onion chopped fine,
1 can condensed tomato soup,
3/4 c sugar,
1/3 c cider vinegar,
2 T butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 2 inches of water in a saucepan. Add the carrots and cook 3 minutes. Add pepper and onion. Cook another 2 minutes. Set carrots aside in a bowl -and using the same saucepan combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil then dump the carrots back in. Simmer a few minutes to heat through.
