3 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup whole pecans
1 cup whole unroasted almonds
1 cup unroasted peanuts- salted if desired
1 T sesame seeds
1 C salted sunflower seeds
1 C dried cranberries or raisins
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3-4 T real maple syrup
3-4 T honey
a few dashes cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except the fruit- that gets added at the end when cooled.) in a big bowl. Make sure everything is evenly coated.
Use a large jelly roll/cookie sheet pan that has been sprayed well with PAM. Dump the granola on the pan and spread evenly and bake at 400 degrees till it is barely browned. Watch it as the nuts will burn first. Remove from oven right away and dump it into a PAM sprayed large bowl as soon as it is cooled down. If you leave it in the pan it will form into a concrete mass, which is undesirable. Once in the bowl mix it up well and add the cranberries and/or raisins. Put the granola into serving size bags.

These are good for lunches or snacks. I put this in my yogurt. Tastes way better than storebought and you can customize it to how you like it by adding different nuts and fruits.
