One prepared 13 oz. Angel Food Cake
1 quart fresh strawberries
3 cups blueberries
16 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
3 8 ounce containers blended strawberry yogurt
3.4 ounce package white chocolate pudding mix
2 cups Cool Whip, thawed & divided

1. Cut cake in one inch cubes, set aside. Hull and quarter strawberries. Set aside 1/2 cup of strawberries and 1/2 cup of blueberries for garnish. Combine remaining fresh and frozen strawberries; mix well.
2. Whisk together lemon juice, yogurt and pudding mix until smooth. Immediately fold in one cup whipped topping.
3. Build Trifle by placing 1/3 of the cake cubes into a trifle bowl (and clear-glass bowl will do so that you can see the red white and blue layers). Top with 1/3 of the strawberry mixture, and 1/3 blueberries, pressing down lightly. Top with 1/3 of the yogurt mixture, spreading evenly. Repeat two more times.
4. To garnish, top with whipped topping and reserved berries.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
