1 frying chicken, cut into pieces
2 cups flour
1 cup melted butter
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
Seasoned salt
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Pat each piece of chicken dry.
Roll each piece in flour; dip in melted butter; roll in mixture of Italian & Panko crumbs.
Place chicken, skin side up, in greased baking pan. Don't let pieces touch.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Add any remaining crumbs to top.
Bake 1 hour (do not turn) or until done.
