16 slices of bread
Ham thinly sliced
Cheddar cheese sliced thin
7 eggs
½ tsp of salt and pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup green pepper chopped
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 ½ cups milk
¼ lb butter
Special K, Corn Flakes or Rice Crispies

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 buttered baking dish, put 8 pieces of bread down. Add pieces to completely cover the dish. Cover bread with slices of ham. Lay slices of cheese on top of ham and cover with slices of bread to make it like a sandwich. In a bowl beat eggs, salt and pepper. To the egg mixture add dry mustard, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Pour over sandwiches, cover and let stand in fridge overnight. In the morning melt butter and pour over top. Cover with cereal and bake uncovered for one hour at 350°. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
