1 14OZ pkg Caramels
3/4Cup Melted Butter
2/3Cup Evaporated Milk
1Cup Chocolate Chips
1 pkg Chocolate Cake Mix (No Pudding)
1Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and 1/3Cup evaporated milk in microwave until smooth. Set aside. Heat oven to 350. Combine cake mix with remaining evaporated milk and melted butter. Mix well. Spread half of the brownie mixture on bottom of greased 9X13 pan. Press down to spread over bottom of pan. Bake 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. Spread caramel mixture over top and cover with remaining brownie batter (may not cover completely). Bake for 15 minutes. Cool.
