2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup cooking oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 4 ingredients together well.
Sift next 4 items into the first mixture.
Blend thoroughly.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into lightly floured tube or bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour 350º. Cool.
