Ingredients:  
2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup pecans
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add sugar.
Beat in salt & vanilla.
Fold in nuts & chips.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Turn off oven & put in cookies.
Do not open oven until cool.
Yields 4 - 6 dozen.
