1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup quick oats
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 can (29 oz) sliced peaches & juice
3 tsp soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp allspice
2 tsp cinnamon

Cake:
Dump all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Beat with mixer until well mixed.
Pour into greased & floured bundt cake pan.
Bake 1 hour & 10 minutes at 350º.
Cool in pan upside down.

For icing, mix 8 oz pkg cream cheese, 1 cup pecans, 1 tsp vanilla & enough powdered sugar to make icing the right consistency. Spread on cake.
