½-1C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4-6 Skinless/Boneless Chicken Breast
2TB Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2C Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Fresh Snipped Parsley
4TB Butter
8oz Box Spaghetti Cooked
Prego Spaghetti Sauce Jar
Directions:
Directions:
Dip Chicken into egg. On waxed paper, coat chicken with bread crumbs. In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, add butter, when melted add chicken breasts and cook 10min or until browned on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.

Stove Top Instructions: In same skillet, heat spaghetti sauce to a boil, add chicken breasts. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 5-8min or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley, cover, cook until cheese is melted. Serve with spaghetti.

Oven Instructions: In baking dish put sauce in bottom of dish to cover. Top with the cooked spaghetti noodles, cover with spaghetti sauce to coat, top with cooked chicken breasts. Top each chicken breast with a small dollop of spaghetti sauce and cheeses. Bake covered in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Last 5 minutes uncover and top with parsley.
