1 - 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 medium onion
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cans (15 oz) pinto or navy beans
2 cans (19 oz) Progresso Minestrone Soup
1 can (10 oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, salt & pepper in large skillet.
Drain meat and put in large soup pot.
Add "six pack" - cans of beans, soup & tomatoes.
Bring to a boil & serve.
