1 16OZ Can Dark Sweet Pitted Cherries
Water
2Tablespoons Sugar
1Tablespoon Corn Starch
2Tablespoons Brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop vanilla ice cream into dessert dishes and set aside in freezer. Drain syrup from cherries into measuring cup and add water to make 1 Cup. Mix sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan with cherry juice and warm until sugar dissolves and is nice and warm but not hot. Add to glass chafing serving dish and microwave enough brandy to fill ladle ¾ full for 20 seconds.
Have ice cream served and bring out cherries in chafing dish to table. Put heated brandy into ladle and light with match, pour over cherries. Serve over ice cream.
