2 PKG. SAUERKRAUT, DRAINED
2 PKGS KIELBASSI
ONION, SLICED
2 T. BROWN SUGAR.
2 CUPS WATER
SALT AND PEPPER

SEASON RIBS WITH GARLIC PEPPER, SEASON SALT OR WHATEVER YOU PREFER. BROWN THEM IN THE BROILER,,, TURNING TO BURN OFF FAT. PUT IN ROASTING PAN. ADD SLICED KIELBASSI, ONION AND SAUERKRAUT. ADD WATER, BROWN SUGAR, SALT AND PEPPER. MIX GENTLY. COVER AND BAKE 2 HOURS OR MORE.
SERVE WITH MASHED POTATOES
