1 (8.5-oz.) can cream style corn
1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
5 T. margarine, melted, divided
1 c. bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine corn, broccoli, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 3 T. of the melted butter. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Combine the bread cubes and the remaining 2 T. melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the corn mixture. Bake uncovered in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.
