4 MED. DICED POTATOES.. NOT PEELED
1 T BUTTER
1 QT. MILK
1/4 CUP CELERY LEAVES
SALT AND PEPPER
1 BEATEN EGG
1 CUP FLOUR
2 HARD BOILED EGGS. PEELED AND CHOPPED
PARSLEY

BOIL CHICKEN BROTH.. ADD POTATOES.. COOK UNTIL TENDER. ADD BUTTER, MILK AND CELERY. SIMMER.. ADD SALT AND PEPPER. IN A BOWL,STIR BEATEN EGG INTO FLOUR. STIR WITH FORK UNTIL GRAINY. SPRINKLE SMALL AMOUNTS AT A TIME INTO SOUP WHILE STIRRING. COOK RIVELS 15 MIN. SERVE WITH CHOPPED EGG AND PARSLEY IF DESIRED
