4 cups rhubarb
4 cups onions
2 cups vinegar
4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
½ tsp cloves
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop rhubarb and onions. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Boil gently until thick, approximately 5 hours.
