1 lb Ground Beef
1 C chopped Onion
2 C sliced Okra
1 C chopped Tomatoes
1 C Tomato Juice
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Hot Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion, stirring until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add all remaining ingredients, except rice. Simmer covered 15 minutes, or until okra is tender. Serve over rice.

Note: can substitute 1 can Rotel for chopped tomatoes.
