2 lbs. ground beef
1-2 lbs. Italian Sausage Links
2 Country Ribs
3 large cans tomato puree
1 large can whole tomatoes, broken with a spoon
4 cans Italian Herb tomato paste
1-2 c. red wine
4 T. oregano
bay leaves (optional)
4 cloves garlic
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in a large stock pot. Drain off grease. Set beef aside.
Cut links into desired pieces and brown. Drain off grease.
Add beef, sausage, country ribs, and all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and simmer for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve over pasta of your choice.
