1 box Devil's Food cake mix, dry
1 tsp vanilla
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 egg
Powdered sugar for rolling cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese & butter together.
Add egg & beat until smooth.
Add cake mix & beat until mixed.
Place in ice box for 2 hours.
After 2 hours remove from ice box and roll into walnut-size balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet & bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes.
