1 lb boneless chicken
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp butter
2 cup Marsala or dry red wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Sundried tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt & pepper; coat with flour.
In large skillet, over medium heat, cook chicken in butter.
Remove cooked chicken onto platter.
Into drippings add wine, mushrooms, lemon juice, sundried tomatoes, & garlic.
Cook 2 - 3 minutes until thickened, stirring to loosen brown drippings in skillet.
Pour mixture over chicken & sprinkle with parsley.
