1 baguette, sliced in 1/2 inch rounds
2 T. olive oil
1/2 c. coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
1/2 c. dates pitted and coarely chopped
1 T. honey
1 T. balsamic vinegar
6 oz. brie, rind trimmed, softened to room temp.
2 T. thinly sliced fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brush both sides of each slice of bread. place a thinly sliced piece of brie on each. Bake until brie starts to melt. combine walnuts, dates, honey and vinegar. top on bread, sprinkle on chives and serve.

you can prepare these completely and bake the entire thing when ready to serve.
