2 lb. burger, lean
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Swiss cheese
12 oz. can sauerkraut
1 onion
1000 Island Dressing
Rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion in frying pan, drain. Add kraut, sour cream and Swiss cheese and slo-cook. Serve on rye bread with dressing.
