2 med. zucchini, diced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp & crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1 c. onion, diced
4 oz. pepperoni, sliced
26 oz. jar marinara sauce
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 pan with olive oil. Layer zucchini, sprinkle bacon, salt pepper, basil and oregano evenly over top. Layer next spaghetti, onion and pepperoni. Pour marinara sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 30-40 minutes.
