2 t. vegetable oil
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
8 c. chicken broth
1 t. pepper & salt, each
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. pasta
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, cook onions until caramelized. Set aside. In stock pot, heat broth, salt, pepper, carrots and celery on medium-high heat until boiling. Stir in pasta and chicken. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in onions and serve right away.
