Filling:
2 cups Rhubarb, chopped
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon, or to taste

Topping:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a square baking pan.
Mix filling ingredients and place in baking pan.
In a separate mixing bowl, mix topping ingredients until blended into a meal.
Place over filling in baking pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
