3 tbsp Chocolate Chips
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar (or splenda)
2 tbsp cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients to a large coffee mug.
Mix well with a fork.
Add egg, mix thoroughly.
Pour in milk and vanilla and mix well.
Add chocolate chips.
Put mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes. Do not be alarmed, the cake will rise over the top of the mug. When done, remove from microwave to cool. While still warm, tip onto a plate or eat directly from the mug.
