1 - 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 soup can water
1 T. onion flakes or fresh chopped onion
1/3 stick margarine
10 to 12 small potatoes, peeled and sliced

Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, mix soups, water, onion and salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over potatoes in a greased baking dish. Place margarine slices on top and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft when stuck with a fork.

I got this recipe from Vera. She was a neighbor of Peggy's up in Michigan and is a wonderful lady. Vera used to cook at a resort kitchen and came up with some wonderful recipes.
