2 lbs hamburger or seasoned ground pork
1 c boiled rice
Onion, salt & pepper to season meat
1 head cabbage
1 c sour cream
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger & onion; season with salt & pepper as desired.
Rinse rice & add to meat.
Core & soften head of cabbage in hot water or microwave.
Separate cabbage leaves.
Place small amount of meat mixture on leaf and roll up.
Place rolls in casserole or roaster, stacking if necessary.
Mix sour cream & tomato soup & pour over rolls.
Bake at 350º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Add water while baking if needed.
