4 oz Neufchatel Cheese, room temperature
3 tbsp thinly slice fresh chives
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
coarse sal and ground pepper
24 butter crackers
6 radishes, thinly sliced
4 oz smoked salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together 4 oz Neutchatel cheese, chives, prepared horseradish. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, spread cheese mixture on butter cracker and top with radish and smoked salmon. (repeat on all crackers)

You can find Neufchatel cheese next to the cream cheese. It has a similar flavor and texture but a third less fat.
To store cheese spread, cover and refrigerate, up to 8 hours.
