2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda (dissolve in 2 tsp hot water)
3 small bags chocolate chips (3-4 cups)
1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
